Pregnancy Yoga

from 12 weeks pregnant.
Gentle yoga based postures, breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation. The postures are very gentle allowing women to attend throughout pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. There is chance at the end to share a drink and discuss pregnancy related issues. The course contains 6 sessions, 90 minutes each. The course can be joined any time as it is an ongoing course.
