Pregnancy Yoga from 12 weeks pregnant
Gentle yoga based postures, breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxation. The postures are very gentle allowing women to attend throughout pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary. There is chance at the end to share a drink and discuss pregnancy related issues. The course includes 6 sessions, each 90 minutes, weekly start is possible on tuesdays and thursdays from 6.30 p.m. till 8.00 p.m. in the mixed german/english class
